The isolation voltage of the IGBT driving core is between 600 V and 3.5 kV, and the power of each channel is between 1 W and 20 W. They are also suitable for driving power MOSFETs and other new semiconductor devices with switching frequencies up to 500kHz.

Users only need to install them to the corresponding IGBT modules, no further debugging is required.
